You've got picks, and picks, and then there are Dunlop picks. In my honest opinion these are the best. I'm currently using the Ultex Standard 1.0 and they are great. Good grip, good sound en really strong.

Jason Becker
Jason was a tremendous guitarist (Cacophony, David Lee Roth) who now suffers from the disease ALS, which has prevented him from playing guitar for several years now. Despite his disease he's still composing and on his site you will find old demo recordings that will completely blow your head off.
